Qualifications
Minimum 15 years of experience in the mechanical engineering field.
Graduate in Mechanical/Building Services Engineering. Chartered Engineering will be an added advantage.
Business Development
Win business and develop new clients and or build business with existing clients with annual targets to be agreed. Be an ambassador for the Company.
Project Role
Responsible for managing all aspects of a portfolio of jobs as Project Manager in conjunction with a Project Director. On some projects, provide the principal contact to clients as Project Director with only mentoring support from a Director.

Be able to motivate and lead multidisciplinary professional teams to deliver client solutions. Be commercially astute. Be experienced and competent at:

Company Role
Hold regular team meetings. Be responsible for leading a team of engineers, supported by an associate involving:

- Undertake six monthly performance reviews for their team
- Developing and guiding Associate
- Applying policies relating to health & safety, quality and training
- Signing off timesheets
- Be comfortable in communicating our Business plan, mission statement and key challenges.
- Should be responsible for Quality Management (QA) for the team/department.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the business by playing a key role in the development of company procedures and by an active role in task groups.
- Authorize purchase orders and LPO's for equipment's and services.
Engineering Function
- Be champions in their specialist field.
- Be able to present to and advise clients on all engineering issues including concept design, buildability, construction techniques, detailed design, procurement routes, risk assessment and claim assessment.
- Prepare drawings, calculations & models. Review documents prepared by subordinates.
- Have detailed knowledge and be competent in the design and delivery of internal training.
- Have a detailed knowledge of analytical concepts.
- Have a detailed knowledge of our delivery in CAD standards, 3D working.
QHSE Responsibilities
- Understand, implement and follow 9E QHSE policies.
- Implement and coordinate QHSE procedures in your workplace.
- Comply with local regulatory authority guidelines and laws pertaining to QHSE.
- Report any QHSE incidents immediately to 9E QHSE Dept. and to legal authorities if required.
- Abide Client/Contractor QHSE requirements and acquire site induction before mobilizing at sites.
