Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 7-8 years of relevant experience.

Experience in Engineering consultancy industry would be an added advantage.

Business Development

Support Senior Bid Coordinator in coordination and producing the bid or proposal response document.

Company Role

  • Introduction and implementation of all necessary document version control procedures and processes.
  • Production and delivery of compliant, professionally produced proposals within customer defined timeframes.
  • Coordinate proposal input from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from all department heads.
  • Champion document management and change control best practices.
  • Ensure proposal documents follow standard formatting and quality standards.
  • Provide advice on flow, language, and grammar to content owners.
  • Consolidate sections and / or documents developed by other team members into the required tender format.
  • Maintain and make available master document sets.
  • Ensure consistent branding for all company specific documents.
  • Forensic levels of attention to detail and an ability to work under pressure and to demanding deadlines. Advanced level MS Office skills (particularly MS Word.

QHSE Responsibilities

  • Understand, implement and follow 9E QHSE policies.
  • Implement and coordinate QHSE procedures in your workplace. 
  • Comply with local regulatory authority guidelines and laws pertaining to QHSE.
  • Report any QHSE incidents immediately to 9E QHSE Dept. and to legal authorities if required. 
  • Abide Client/Contractor QHSE requirements and acquire site induction before mobilizing at sites.
  • Act as Management Representative for the implement for IMS.
